Kevin Hooper on Jared: Jared will be a key part of our bullpen this upcoming season. He is very valuable to us in that he can throw multiple innings, or come in against a right-hander and get a groundball when we need it. His sidearm delivery is a different look for us down there, which I like to have. He is very durable, and we have joked all offseason about him making a run at the league’s appearance record, which is held by Dustin Pease, a former Wingnut.
