WICHITA, KS - Wichita dropped their second straight on Monday with a 3-1 loss to Sioux Falls.
Blake Gailen had another strong effort, pitching on three days rest, but took the loss. Gailen allowed three runs in a season-high 7.2 IP, and had three pickoffs of runners on first base.
Vic Davilla accounted for the Wingnuts' lone run with a solo homerun in the top of the first. It was Davilla's fourth in 18 games since joining Wichita.
The series continues tomorrow night at Sioux Falls Stadium with a 7:05 p.m. first pitch.
