WICHITA, KS - The Wingnuts dropped their third straight on Tuesday, losing 5-2 to the Sioux Falls Canaries on the road.
Sioux Falls built a 3-0 lead after six innings, scoring all three runs with two outs leading to the win. Wichita picked up RBIs from Vic Davilla and Steve Pearson. Wingnuts starter Richard Salazar took the loss, allowing two earned runs in six-plus innings of work.
The series concludes tomorrow night at 7:05 p.m. with Brad Davis opposing Pat Mahomes.
